Ms. Lam Montessori is an out-of-the-box and dynamic Mandarin-English Montessori school located in Brooklyn, NY. We are hiring an AMI-trained Elementary Montessori Guide starting Fall 2020. In this position, you will be the Lead Guide in a lower elementary classroom with a small group of 11 stellar Montessori graduates from our Primary program.
 
Qualifications:
  • 1-10 years of experience in a Montessori classroom is desired, but we are willing to work with the right person
  • Creative in ideas and strong on execution
  • Dedicated and passionate about providing an authentic Montessori education for elementary-aged children
  • Willing to co-teach with a Mandarin teacher
  • Committed to the dual language aspect of our program and find it enjoyable to having a dual language classroom and school environment
  • A team player committed to professional and personal growth
  • Open to communicating regularly with parents and educating them on Montessori education
  • No Mandarin skills are needed
